FRUIT SKEWERS WITH CHOCOLATE FONDUE


INGREDIENTS:

400 gr. milk chocolate broken into squares.
150 ml. whipping cream and 75 ml. milk.

DIPPING IDEAS:

Fresh fruit: bananas, strawberries, kiwis, oranges, pineapple, apples ..... peeled and cut into pieces.

METHOD:

First, prepare the skewers and the fruit you will be dipping in the fondue.
Then, put the cream and the milk in a saucepan and heat together gently. Add the chocolate and stir until it is completely melted.
Finally you can transfer the chocolate to a fondue or serve it directly from the pot.
Arrange the fruit and the skewers around the chocolate pot and start dipping!


              

(OSAGAIAK: 400gr. txokolate, laukietan apurtuta, 150 ml. esne-gain, 75 ml. esne, platanoa, marrubiak, kiwiak, laranja, sagarra, anana .... zurituta eta zatituta.
NOLA EGIN: Lehenengo zotz luzeak eta fruta prestatu. Ondoren, jarri esne-gaina eta esnea lapikoan eta berotu su geldoan. Berotuta dagoenean gehitu txokolatea eta eragin txokolatea urtu arte. Bukatzeko, fondue batean jarri dezakezu txokolatea edo lapikotik bertatik hartu dezakezu. Jarri fruta eta zotzak lapikoaren inguruan eta hasi fruta txokolatean bustitzen!)
